Il Parco Statale di Letchworth è conosciuto come il 'Grand Canyon dell'Est', che si sviluppa su oltre 14.000 acri lungo il fiume Genesee.

Istituito nel 1907, porta il nome dell'industriale William Pryor Letchworth che ha mantenuto l'estate di Glen Iris che forma il nucleo del parco.

Ogni anno, il parco ospita un 'Festival dei Nativi Americani e dei Pionieri' per celebrare la cultura indigena.

Il parco ospita tre grandi cascate sul fiume Genesee, circondato da una foresta rigogliosa.
