L'Erlebnishof Krabat-Mühle Schwarzkollm è un centro culturale e un mulino ad acqua nella regione della Lusazia soraba che combina un mulino ad acqua funzionante con spazi espositivi e laboratori artigianali. Il sito presenta un'architettura tradizionale e permette ai visitatori di osservare antiche tecniche di macinazione in azione.
Il sito è stato ricostruito all'inizio degli anni 2000 come tributo alla leggenda di Krabat, un'antica storia sorba su un apprendista mugnajo. Questo racconto del 17° secolo ha influenzato come questa posizione è stata costruita e progettata.
Il centro mostra le tradizioni sorbe attraverso spettacoli e mostre che i visitatori possono vivere direttamente. Si vedono le tecniche artigianali e si scopre come questa cultura è praticata nella vita quotidiana.
I visitatori possono partecipare a laboratori di panificazione nel forno a legna e provare o osservare da vicino le antiche tecniche di macinazione. Il ristorante in loco serve specialità regionali e offre un buon posto per riposarsi tra le attività.
La struttura produce un raro gelato nero e serve frittelle tradizionali di latticello nella sua sala dei contadini mentre la ruota del mulino gira accanto. Queste prelibatezze artigianali sono difficili da trovare altrove in Germania.
